incase the size does not fit. We are happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security labels. This is applicable to any item returned to us within 10 days of receipt by customer.

Exchanges take around 7 working days to process, plus the delivery time to specific areas.

Please note shipping costs are covered by lumiere elegance boutique when sent back.
